Refund policy

All sales are final & no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at shop@rukske.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged within 3 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an item that was defective or damaged we will require:

  • Order number #
  • Reason & details for each item you would like to return
  • A picture of the damaged item
  • Please safely dispose of candles with any damaged to the glass vessel. Do not attempt to use the product.
